Attendence Policy for This - Please Read
Four rehearsals are scheduled for the 2010 Annual Show Cycle. (see above)
All members must attend 3 rehearsals to remain eligible to perform on the Annual Show - to be held Friday, May 14th at Actors Theatre of Louisville.
When a members is absent from one of the 4 rehearsals (either planned or from emergency) they must complete the online absence form and make up the required material for that rehearsal by doing the following:
- Submitting an audio recording of the required repertoire for the rehearsal
- Undergo a visual evaluation at the next rehearsal to demonstrate they are up to par on any required choreography or visual plans.
Missing more than one rehearsal may affect the member’s eligibility to perform on the Annual Show.
Eligibility situations will be handled on a case by case basis.
In all situations, members must be prepared for rehearsals with all required material.
***NOTE***Members who demonstrate a consistent lack of preparation and dedication to the KVU performance requirements may find their membership and eligibility to perform in jeopardy. If you are not prepared with music and material memorized, you will be asked to enjoy the rehearsal as an audience member - in other words....if you don't know your stuff, you'll be sittin' the bench. So, do all you can to be prepared, and don't be "THAT" guy.
